Hey folks, long time, no see! I'm happy to announce my upcoming visual novel, Dating Sim! Paulina's Precious Autumn (DSPPA)! In the second VN of the planned trilogy of the Dating Sim! series of games, you can enjoy a precious autumn with the shy and timid Paulina - like Dating Sim! Luna's Lovely Summer (DSLLS), "help" the Protagonist improve his grades while attempting to do the same with Paulina (good luck). Also, learn more about Paulina and see what she has to offer!

I've been working on this project since August 2022, while DSLLS was still in development. Outlining the story took about ~6 months, and work on the script began on February 2023. Editing didn't begin until August 2023 and only finished in January of this year. And of course, artworks have already commenced this year as well. Cele, who worked on the last CG sets of DSLLS, returns as my artist for this project! He's done an amazing job with the title/splash art as shown above, no? ^.^ I will show off full-body sprite samples of Paulina, as well as art samples of the Protag and a third character, at a later date (although you can see half-body sprite samples in the project links above; sample screenshots will be posted once available).

I apologize for the lack of updates for the past 5-6 months since releasing DSLLS back in January! In the past, I've made an effort to post updates at least once monthly (at least on my Wordpress blog); however going forward updates are going to be more sporadic. I feel it's more efficient to post major updates once every several months (or as needed), as opposed to posting just because I have to post. If I did that it's just going to be filler material about the project (I think that would be more appropriate on my Twitter / X).

That being said... I hope you're excited about this project. I've learned a lot during my time developing DSLLS, and I feel DSPPA will build upon that experience. Looking at the script I've written... I think my writing has improved quite a bit. Can't wait to release a demo!

In the meantime, since it's mid-summer (at least for us who live in the northern hemisphere) why not play the DSLLS demo and perhaps support future projects by purchasing the full game? ^.^
